“We admire your social character and you are passionate, don’t give up” Mr Reuben Mwanzi, Principal of Kenya Institute of the Blind told the Shree Gujar Sutar Vishvakarma Mandir on their show “Aankhon Ki Awaaz” on Sunday 8th September at the Oshwal Centre Auditorium. The show was hosted by lovely Bhavna Kassam and perfectly directed by Meena Erapada.
The show was aimed at raising awareness for the blind people of Kenya and the desperate need to produce their Braille books where one sheet of paper cost 8000shillings. The performances were mind blowing including the Hanuman Chalisa prayer that was sung by Jared Ashuma, well coordinated and cute kids dancing to Chak Dhoom Dhoom song, the playful Krishna for the Kisna song, and so much more. Also not forgetting to keep the mood light and full of laughter was the best comedian Shabbir. A very well organized and motivated show that was exceptional in a long time.
