Yoga is a simple four-letter word that can really simplify and amplify your health. At the Faraja Centre on Saturday 3rd November, Shivachi Road next to M.P. Shah Hospital was a “Yoga for Cancer Awareness” day.
The day was divided into several and interesting sessions that included Yoga for beginners, Power Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and more with guest teachers including the Africa Yoga Project to Mandy Parkin. We are unique and so is our response to bad and good health. With Yoga you set the pace for your breath and limits of what is possible to improve your general health or help fight a disease ominous as cancer. It is a practice for all races and ages, because it is a personal choice and no treadmill or running on the laps will also create the balance of a cool mind and calm demeanor.
